Portland woman shot to death near park

PORTLAND — Police say a high school senior who had eaten at a barbecue in a Portland park was later found shot to death near there.

Police identified the victim as 18-year-old Borisshell Washington of Jefferson High School.

They say they found her after they got a report Sunday night....
