Strictly Organic, Hola! expanding to Old Mill

Two local businesses, Strictly Organic Coffee Co. and Hola!, a Peruvian/Mexican restaurant, have signed leases to open second locations in The Old Mill District by July 1, according to mall spokeswoman Noelle Fredland.

Strictly Organic, based at 6 S.W. Bond St., will take over the mall space....
