Alfredo Huizar, 40, was arrested Saturday night after swerving across lanes and driving at speeds over 100 mph, according to a news release from the Oregon State Police.
Huizar was driving a 2002 Dodge Intrepid on the Madras Highway about 9 miles east of the city when troopers spotted him....
