Sisters man gets honor from Floral Parade

Jack McGowan, of Sisters, was selected to be the grand marshal of the KeyBank Grand Floral Parade on June 6, during the Portland Rose Festival.

From 1990 to 2008, McGowan and his wife, Jan McGowan, were co-directors of SOLV, a statewide volunteer organization, according to a festival news....
