Developer must keep his golf course open for at least 15 years, appeals court rules

The Oregon Court of Appeals on Tuesday upheld a 2005 Deschutes County Circuit Court ruling that a local real estate developer must operate and maintain a nine-hole golf course for at least 15 years to benefit the residents of a southeast Bend subdivision he built in the 1980s.
