Bend’s Boswell takes fourth in final stage of junior race

Ian Boswell, of Bend, finished fourth in the third and final stage of the Runfahrt der Rad in Germany, held last weekend.

Boswell races for the USA Cycling Junior National Team. The team as a whole finished second in the 68-mile final stage outside of Frankfurt.
