Keep OSU-Cascades off chopping block

Bend’s OSU-Cascades campus has been saved from elimination in this year’s state budget. There will be cuts, but cuts are better than death.

The challenge now is to ensure the campus is not weighed for execution every time lawmakers examine the state budget.
