Local runner finishes second in Marathon

CLEVELAND — Bend’s Andy Martin, 34, finished second Sunday in the 32nd annual Cleveland Marathon. Martin clocked in at 2 hours, 31 minutes, 20 seconds, nearly four minutes behind the winning time of 2:27:37 posted by Joel Stansloki of Tulsa, Okla.
