The Rev. Robert Cornell, who represented a Wisconsin district in the 1970s as one of only two Roman Catholic priests to serve as voting delegates to Congress, died Sunday at St. Norbert Abbey in De Pere, Wis. He was 89.
His death was announced by the abbey, where he lived.
