Vernonia flood victims should get more time in trailers, Wyden says

PORTLAND — Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden says the federal government should give people in Vernonia four more months in the trailers it provided after a Coast Range storm and flood in 2007.

Wyden says the 18-month period allowed for use of the trailers ends June 8.
