Owners need $50,000 bond to avoid losing seized horses

PRINEVILLE — The owners of 14 horses seized from a Powell Butte ranch have until Wednesday morning to come up with a $50,000 bond to pay for the horses’ care, or they will be forfeited to Crook County.
