Bend ultrarunner wins 100-kilometer race

MARIN HEADLANDS, Calif. — Kami Semick, of Bend, won the Miwok 100 kilometer trail run in 9 hours, 7 minutes, 2 seconds on Saturday.

It was Semick’s fourth victory at the Miwok. She also won the race in 2005, 2007 and 2008.
