Festival ticket sales better than expected

ASHLAND — Revenue is down but tickets sales have been stronger than expected this year at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

A 7 percent decrease had been projected, but ticket sales fell by only half that amount, or 3.5 percent, compared with last year.
