Served as an appetizer.

1 round panela cheese (a mild, white Mexican cheese sold in rounds)

Olive oil

Corn oil

Garlic

Oregano

Coat the round of cheese with olive oil, corn oil, garlic and oregano. Marinate for a couple hours, flipping occasionally.
