1 C orange juice
¼ C lime juice
1 block achiote paste
1 pork shoulder
1 pkg banana leaves
Break down achiote paste in blender, and combine with orange and lime juice. Pour over pork shoulder.
Line pan with banana leaves, place pork and sauce on leaves, and cover with more banana leaves.....
