PORTLAND — The Oregon chief of the American Red Cross has been promoted to a national vice president.
In his new position, Thomas Bruner will manage operations for 70 Red Cross chapters in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island.
