PORTLAND — Portland police have arrested two men suspected of shooting a police sergeant in Vancouver, Wash.

The Oregonian reported that 22-year-old Daylan Erin Berg and 26-year-old Jeffrey Scott Reed were arrested after police tracked their car to Portland.
