Meth labs nearly gone from Linn County

ALBANY — Linn County law enforcement officials say a 2005 state law limiting access to over-the-counter cold medications containing a chemical used to make methamphetamine has eliminated many illegal drug labs.

There was only one meth lab reported in 2008 in Linn County and none so far....
