New school touts flexibility

Charter academy coming to Redmond this fall attracts diverse interest

At the new Redmond Proficiency Academy charter school, if a student needs more than the typical year to finish Algebra 1, that would be fine.

If a student can pass the class in two weeks, that would be OK, too.

The academy, which opens in September, will be located in downtown Redmond, though....
