Snowboarding trip turns into overnight ordeal for Bend man

It wasn’t quite the birthday Mathew Euteneier expected.

The 30-year-old Bend man was rescued Thursday morning after he was lost in the wilderness around Todd Lake for about 15 hours.

At 7:38 p.m. Wednesday, Deschutes County 911 received a call from the man’s girlfriend....
