Deschutes County Search and Rescue personnel were in contact with a snowshoer lost in the Soda Creek Drainage by cell phone as of 10 p.m. Wednesday, and planned to spend the night working to locate him, according to Cpl. Neil Mackey, head of Search and Rescue.
