A 47-year-old Bend fire inspector has been charged with felony animal abuse in connection with a late-February incident involving a dog.
Jeffrey Dean Bond faces one count of first-degree animal abuse, and prosecutors say the offense occurred in front of at least one and possibly two boys younger....
