Anthony Ty Suratt, 28, of Bend, was arrested Saturday night after crashing his motorcycle while attempting to elude police just east of Sisters, according to an Oregon State Police news release.
Suratt, who was wearing a helmet, suffered minor injuries in the accident. He was arrested on charges....
