Sisters park district seeks partners

Budget woes may mean a leaner operation that administers outside programs

As the Sisters Park and Recreation District faces budget, staff and class cuts, its leadership is working to partner with other groups to run programs in the city.

The district has begun to look for help as it attempts to cover what could be a $325,000, or 50 percent, budget reduction next year.....
