Most Cascade lakes should be fishable for the April 25 trout opener

Last year’s trout-fishing opener in Central Oregon was a disappointment to many anglers. The only Cascade lakes in the region that were free of ice and accessible on opening day were Wickiup Reservoir and Twin Lakes.
