Court upholds Bill Sizemore contempt ruling

SALEM — The Oregon Court of Appeals has upheld a contempt ruling against anti-tax activist Bill Sizemore.

A judge had ruled that Sizemore willfully violated an injunction barring him from running any charity that receives political donations.
