U.S. Cellular finishes Prineville cell site

U.S. Cellular announced Monday it has completed construction of a cell site at Prineville Reservoir that will increase coverage and network capacity for its customers south of the city of Prineville and north of the reservoir, which is located about 17 miles south of the city.
