Blue ribbons, variety of events intended to raise awareness across Central Oregon

Blue ribbons will be in for the month of April.

About 50,000 blue ribbons will be popping up around the Deschutes County area as part of the Blue Ribbon Campaign, which coincides with Child Abuse Prevention Month.
