GREEN BAY, Wis. — It was gorgonzola vs. gouda Thursday at Lambeau Field, but a Wisconsin Parmesan came out on top in the cheese-makers’ Super Bowl — the 2009 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest — and a Central Oregon cheese finished second.
