On Saturday night, Amanda Blankenship grabbed the final rebound of La Pine’s dream season, which ended with the Hawks defeating Cottage Grove 40-32 in the Class 4A girls basketball state championship game.
Just three years removed from a 3-20 campaign, the Hawks capped off the 2008-09....
