Navy extends training comment period

COOS BAY — The U.S. Navy says it has again extended the public comment period about a plan to expand its training activities off the Oregon Coast.

The comment period now will be open until April 13.

The Navy wants to schedule more training flights, add a dummy minefield-avoidance....
