Blind athlete MacFarlane to speak in Central Oregon

Craig MacFarlane, a former competitive wrestler and the winner of the 1983 National Blind Downhill Skiing Medal, will be in Central Oregon on Tuesday and Wednesday to give motivational speeches at various locations.
