SALEM — A 41-year-old woman has pleaded guilty to elections fraud for submitting false signatures on an initiative petition.

Diane Clagett turned in three initiative petition sheets in 2005 that contained 27 questionable signatures for Measure 42 on the November 2006 ballot.
