A Prineville logging company has been fined almost $23,000 by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for hazardous waste violations, including failure to clean up hydraulic fluid and used-oil spills, and storing more than 100 waste tires on the site.
B & S Logging paid a $27,695 fine....
