Thanks to Oregon’s budget woes, the price of a bottle of liquor will rise 50 cents on April 1. The increase was approved Monday by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and will be tacked onto all spirits sold in liquor stores. But in a twist, the new fee is not billed as a tax increase....
