We may never know why the thief acted.

Maybe she had a lot of dinner parties to host. Maybe she was hooked and believed the stuff had medicinal powers. Or maybe she was selling it on some kind of gourmet black market.

What we do know is that for about a year, a thief pinched bottle after bottle....
