Forest Service cites resident complaints south of Sunriver

The U.S. Forest Service is planning to ban shooting firearms in a 10-acre piece of land along the Upper Deschutes in southern Deschutes County, after nearby residents expressed concerns that waterfowl hunters at the site might pose a safety threat.
