PHOENIX — DMX has been sentenced to 90 days in a Phoenix jail. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, also was placed on 18 months’ supervised probation Friday by a Maricopa County court commissioner.
Simmons pleaded guilty in December to theft, marijuana possession....
