A 39-year-old man was listed in critical condition at a Portland hospital Saturday night, after he suffered burns in a fire at his home east of Bend late Friday.
Russell Raines had burns on his upper body and was taken by ambulance to St. Charles Bend, then airlifted to Legacy Emanuel Hospital....
