Walden aims to help digital TV conversion via coupons

But delaying the switch looks increasingly likely

WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. Greg Walden, R-Hood River, signed on to a bill Friday to speed up delivery of additional coupons to help consumers purchase digital TV converters, without delaying the date broadcasters will switch from analog to digital signals.
