Rebuilding a waterway, for fish and for people

Stretches of Whychus Creek in and around Sisters are due for some work. Fish have trouble navigating parts of it, and erosion can be an issue, but there are plans to return the creek to a more natural setting, and, the hope is, solve some of the problems.
