State fights ruling on LNG terminal

PORTLAND — Gov. Ted Kulongoski says Oregon will go to court to fight federal approval for a liquefied gas terminal along the Columbia River.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission refused Thursday to reconsider its approval of the Bradwood Landing terminal near Astoria.
