Pac Equities fraud case may be over with $6.2M settlement

The years-long battle between Bend-based Pac Equities and the investors the corrupt real estate investment company bilked appears to be over.

A law firm based in Reno, Nev., which represented Pac Equities, agreed Monday to pay $6.2 million to settle three investor lawsuits.
