Mental health agency cuts hours

Deschutes County department affected by funding cuts to aid the state budget

The Deschutes County Mental Health Department will cut its hours by 10 percent beginning March 1, in response to funding cuts Gov. Ted Kulongoski called for in November to eliminate a state budget shortfall.
