Kellstrom is named mayor of Sisters

The Sisters City Council picked Lon Kellstrom as the city’s new mayor in a unanimous vote on Thursday night.

Kellstrom, 62, has served on the City Council since 1999 and was re-elected in November. Kellstrom replaces Brad Boyd as mayor. Boyd missed out on re-election to his council....
