Pet Express begins waste-reduction plan

Bend Pet Express has resolved to produce less waste as a business. The goal is to decrease the number of bags in landfills by giving 10 cents to customers each time they reuse bags, and charging 25 cents if they get new bags from the store, according to a news release from Bend Pet....
