I have never met, but I have never forgotten David Black (sentenced to six years and three months in prison and currently at the Deer Ridge Correctional Institution until 2010) for second-degree manslaughter involving the racing deaths of two teenage girls on Aug. 9, 2003.
I have not forgotten....
