Two dogs that fell in to an iced-over pond were rescued by the Bend Fire Department on Monday.

Shortly before noon, firefighters received a call concerning a black Lab and a yellow Lab that had fallen though the ice off of Cline Falls Road north of Tumalo, according to a news release.....
