PORTLAND — Portland Gen- eral Electric crews are using snowcats to reach customers who remain without power in snow-covered areas near Mount Hood, from Corbett to Government Camp.

PGE spokesman Stan Sittser said about 1,000 customers remained powerless Sunday follow-ing the Christmas....
