LOS ANGELES — Herbert Hutner, who chaired the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts during the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations and was the fourth husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, has died. He was 99.
Hutner died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles....
